Welcome to VenturoFin México. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Acceptance

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Minors should obtain parental permission before submitting personal information.

2. Service description

VenturoFin México operates an educational digital platform that offers articles, templates, practical tables, local expense analyses, and an online course titled "VenturoFin: organización financiera para la vida diaria". The platform provides downloadable budgeting templates, written guides, case studies, and course modules. Scope is limited to educational content and tools. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment management, or fiduciary services. Any course registrations are for educational delivery and access to course materials only.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to engage in prohibited conduct. Prohibited actions include: scraping or harvesting content, reverse engineering site functionality, impersonation of other users or staff, uploading malware, distributing unlawful content, or interfering with site operations. Each person may only maintain one account where registration is required. You must provide accurate information when creating accounts or submitting forms and keep credentials secure. 4. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, templates, images, logos, and code, is owned or licensed by VenturoFin México and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 5. Prohibited activities

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spamming other users, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, committing fraud, distributing illegal or harmful content, infringing third-party rights, and using the site to facilitate unlawful activities. Users must not attempt to bypass technical protections, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or manipulate usage statistics.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". VenturoFin México makes no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content for your purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, timely updates, or error-free operation. Content is educational and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Reliance on any material is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenturoFin México and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our maximum aggregate direct liability for claims arising from these Terms is limited to the lesser of (a) the total amount paid by you to VenturoFin México in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) 100 EUR. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of potential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VenturoFin México, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. VenturoFin México is not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or privacy policies of those external sites. Links do not imply endorsement. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy/, explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you submit data through forms, you acknowledge that processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising under these Terms is the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

12. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, you and VenturoFin México agree to attempt to resolve it informally by good faith negotiation. Either party must provide written notice and give the other party thirty (30) days to resolve the matter. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the governing law clause above.

13. Termination

VenturoFin México may suspend or terminate access to the site or services, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for other reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after posting the updated Terms on the site. Substantial changes will be highlighted via a site banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Survival

Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, ownership, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination of these Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VenturoFin México regarding the site and supersede prior agreements. No waiver by VenturoFin México will be effective unless in writing.
